Island Queen

Well, we have taken the plunge. We have put a deposit on the Marine Trader 36. We spent two nights on her this week and did the sea trial. Everything worked just like it was supposed to. We put a deposit on her and will close on the deal the end of the month. Her name is "Island Queen". It will begin a new chapter in our life on the water.

Well, let's see, Uh, Sharon...Rach...Michelle and Morgan. Is there someone I missed or is Morgan a boy boat?

I realized AFTER I posted who you were referring to...must be a guy thing to make a vessel a gender...I never think of this boat as a she..it's always an "it". Maybe it is boy boat????

Work boats are generally male and pleasure boats are female.
I can understand the work boat being male, but females can be a pleasure or a nightmare so I'm not sure about that one.

Also in case you didn't pickup on it I like the Archie Bunker and George Jefferson outlook on life.
