I woke up this morning to IQ rocking away. It was kinda nice. We miss being at anchor and feeling the boat move. Usually at the dock we don't move much at all. The bay where our marina is has real good wind and wave protection. It has started to get windy now. The latest forecast shows Isaac being a tropical Storm when he passes here. Winds projected at mid 50s and gusting to 70. Time will tell. There are 3 shelters really close by. Once it gets light and we get the morning forecast we will decide where to go and what to do.
Island Queen is as ready as we can make her. All canvas taken off. Lots of extra lines ran, everything put away.
