We are finally underway. We have anchored close to where the ICW narrows on our way to Apalachacola. On the picture above is a link to a google map where you can see our location. Click on the link. You will then have to enlarge the map to see where we are. Once we stop we turn off the Spot tracking device so as to save the batteries.
We had a great day today. It feels so good to finally be underway. Hopefully I won't have to drive a car again for at least six months. It is so nice to be at anchor and away from the marina at last. The only downside right now is all the biting flies. They have come out in force to welcome us to this little bay we are in. I am sure all you guys up north feel sorry for me.
